1. Go to your Google Account → Security → enable 2-Step Verification.
2. Search for App passwords → create one for "Mail".
3. Copy the 16-character App Password into your server .env as GMAIL_APP_PWD.
4. Set GMAIL_USER to your Gmail address.
5. Restart the server. Alerts will be sent automatically on threshold breach.
